Shipping & Ordering Through Our Retail and Web Stores

As an added service to our customers we continue to provide you with the ability to order through our Web-Store, or as in the past, call or e-mail your request through any one of our participating stores in the USA. We are also planning to add:

• A 3 Day Express Service as a Domestic shipping alternative by year end.
• Expand international geography to more countries over the next 4 to 12 months.
• Add UPS services for "trace and track" of deliveries and express shipping services.
• UPS Worldwide Expedited Express Service features "trace & track" benefits with a 3 to 6 business day expedited delivery time frame to all countries listed in the shipping charts below.

Domestic Ordering & Shipping Services

Domestic Shipping Services

• Customers may order Naartjie merchandise directly through our online shopping cart or by calling or e-mailing the participating Naartjie store of their choice. Check our Naartjie store listing for stores that are set up to accept phone orders.
• Domestic Shipping & Handling charges, as listed in the chart below, are the same for either process.
• For all phone and e-mail orders placed through one of our participating stores, please limit your correspondence to one store of your choice to expedite the ordering and shipping process. The store of your choice will try to accommodate your requests and/or recommend alternatives for your shopping convenience.
• Naartijie will ship to most locations within the United States, Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories.
• We ship via USPS and/or UPS services based on package size, ship to location, weight and other factors. Shipping & Handling charges, as outlined below, are based on your total purchase amount before taxes.
• All Standard orders received Monday through Saturday through our shopping cart are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders received Thursday and Friday will be shipped on Monday. For some major promotional events processing may take an additional day.
• Deliveries for standard shipping takes between 3 to 10 days after order processing for most locations within the U.S. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
• Deliveries through the U.S. Postal Service are made Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded).

International Ordering & Shipping Services

To provide the most cost effective shipping alternatives for our growing base of international customers we have made some changes by adding Worldwide Expedited Express Shipping Services through UPS. All International Express services will have "trace and track" features for your convenience. We have added an express alternative for our Canadian customers and changed shipping to Japan from standard to International Express to insure faster, more reliable service at an improved value…all with "trace and track" features. Expedited UPS Worldwide shipping will deliver to your location generally within 3 to 6 business days.

Shipping Services to Canada, Japan, Asia-Pacific & Europe

• Our customers in Canada, Japan, Asia-Pacific & Europe may order directly through our online Naartjie Shopping Cart or directly through the participating store of your choice as noted above. Check out our stores list for participating stores.
• Shipping & handling costs are the same for shopping cart orders as well as phone orders and email orders processed through our participating stores for Canada, Japan, Asia-Pacific & Europe.
• Orders shipping Standard to Canada are delivered via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International and are typically delivered within 10 to 21 business days.
• Tracking is not available with USPS service.
• We can ship to P.O. boxes with Standard service to Canada. Please note that this is not available with Express Services.
• All orders received Monday through Saturday via our online shopping cart are generally processed within 2 days. For some major promotional events processing may take an additional day.
• A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the person placing the order when the order is shipped.
• Payments for all orders are in U.S. funds.
• Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery.
• For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office.

All orders and ship-to locations outside of the USA and its Territories, Canada, Japan, Asia-Pacific Greater Europe may be placed by phone or e-mail to the Naartjie store of your choice. Check our store listing for participating stores. Please limit your correspondence to one store to expedite the ordering and shipping process.

• Orders shipping Standard to other international destinations are now delivered via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International and are typically delivered within 10 to 21 business days from shipping date.
• Tracking is not available with this service.
• A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person placing the order when the order is shipped.
• Payments for all orders are in U.S. funds.
• Shipping and handling fees for shipping destinations outside of USA and its Territories, Canada, Japan, Asia-Pacific and Greater Europe as noted above will be charged based on the actual cost of shipping plus handling and document preparation fees as noted below. Shipping costs are based on the total shipping weight of the package to a single destination plus:
• A $3.00 charge for packaging, processing and customs documents for international orders to countries not listed in the above shipping charts and ordered and shipped through a participating store.
• You will be notified of the total shipping & handling charge from the store prior to any billing.
• Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery.
